Welcome my name is Maria Anderson, Nurse Wellness Facilitator and owner of Manifestations. I opened Manifestations to be a place of profound healing and compassionate support, born from the heart of a survivor.
My Story
After numerous attempts, I managed to break free from the domestic violence situation I endured for a decade. The aftermath of enduring a decade of physical and mental abuse left my body, mind, and spirit profoundly affected. By the end of those 10 years, I felt utterly broken. I was left with anxiety, depression, auto-immune disease, chronic pain and PTSD. Despite my background as a nurse, the conventional routes to wellness proved ineffective. I remained broken, and merely surviving wasn't enough for me. I aspired to Manifest a life where I could thrive. My goal was to reclaim my physical / mental health and personal power.
